Gemini secure £2.1 million project at Kingsland Road, Cremer Street
The project scope is to convert a Victorian building into 9 Apartments including all communal areas, services and a new lift. It also involves building 2 new offices including piled foundations, structural glazed façade, plus the associated demolition and retention works to a Cat A stage.
Gemini have been awarded the project following the termination of the contract with another building company. The pictures below show the site as it was when we took over the project.
Works included involve extensive investigation and remedial works, liaising closely with clients consultants to overcome site conditions, defects and improve the layouts to the flats.
